About Us (203) 414-7004
From The Field Photography is an innovative full service photography business that provides fine art photography for maternity, new baby, family portraits, sports, community, corporate, interior design, and head shots, with a specialty in custom design. Treehugger Photography has become a valued name in the community, with a commitment to interpreting your unique story into framed pieces of art following a green-minded process including recycled frames, limited printing, and providing natural backdrops without the use of artificial lighting.
Whatever your photography needs, Treehugger Photography will capture your most cherished moments giving you one of a kind photographs that last a lifetime. Our style is natural, and our expertise lies in creating unforgettable photographs by blending and blurring natural colors from scenic landscapes and flowers to establish a truly natural backdrop.
From The Field Photography has become active in a number of community and civic organizations. One of these organizations is Beacon Preservation, an Educational organization that has taken ownership of a number of lighthouses off the shores of the Northeast. David serves as the staff photographer, and teaches photography to high school students at Western Connecticut State University for the Green Light Academy. David has also been heavily involved in Fairfield Athletics, Events like Dancing with the Stars, Brentapalooza, and the Welcome Club of Fairfield/Easton.
Look for samples of our work in the next issue of Fairfield Magazine & Green Home Magazine. Also, be sure to check out Their “Lighthouse Collection” that will be displayed at the Fairfield Starbucks & several local boutiques. A photo from our fashion shoot with Lauren DiNardo is also on display in her boutique on Post Road. Check it out.

See below for a summary of some of Treehugger’s Photography most recent work:
Here is a list of my gear that I take with me for any outdoor sport, landscape or wildlife shoots. I carry a back up 40D body at all times. Due to quickly deteriorating conditions in the field, I bring high quality rain gear, back up bags for my lens, body if I need to shoot in the rain . 300 2.8 and 70-200 provide a good range for shooting larger wildlife, or tight landscapes where I want narrow DOF (Depth of Field). Wide angle are great to bring along because you always need it (Them). Bogen Tripods, with quick release mounts for the (Markiii) body and tw0 telphoto lens.
Please give us a call today. We are excited to work with you on whatever your occasion. Remember will save $50 for several of our fall packages.
